Dining at the hotel is provided by the New York Grill which is located at the 52nd floor. The Chef de Cuisine and his team practice their art in the stunning open kitchen, drawing guests into the dining experience. The menu features a wide selection of prime quality Japanese and imported beef, market fresh seafood and poultry roasted to perfection on the rotisserie. it serves lunch from 11am to 2pm and dinner at 5pm to 10pm. The Kozue is a contemporary Japanese restaurant with menu features of the finest seasonal ingredients for the hearty, home-style dishes which are uniquely presented on beautiful earthenware, porcelain and lacquerware and an extensive sake list for the perfect accompaniment. It is open for lunch at 11am to2pm and dinner at 5pm to 10pm. Girandole offers all day dining and simple, delicious fare that is satisfyingly authentic. The dinner menu highlights signature brasserie dishes and the lunch menu also includes selected Asian favourites. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Peak Lounge is a skylit bamboo garden, creating a mood of serenity both night and day. The garden setting is perfect for the enjoyment of luscious desserts and fresh homemade cakes, classical English afternoon tea, light cuisine and cocktails. it is open from 11am to 10pm. The Pastry Boutique is located at near the hotel entrance on the 2nd floor. It offers specialty cakes, pastries, and exquisite fresh bakery items, made to order and presented in beautiful Park Hyatt packaging. It is open daily from 11am to 9pm. The Delicatessen is a chic gourmet specialty shop situated on the
first floor of the Shinjuku Park Tower’s airy light-filled atrium. The Delicatessen also provides Tokyo shoppers with unique delicacies from around the world, in addition to a vast array of items for home delivery. It is open for business from 11am to 8pm.

The hotel can accommodate large and small business gatherings, high-tech corporate meetings and excels in creating exactly the right ambiance for the most festive social gathering. For exhibitions, banquets and catered affairs, the hotel’s elegant Ballroom, chandeliered Venetian Room and intimate Drawing Room, suspended 39 floors above the city. The Ballroom and Venetian Room convert to fully equipped meeting rooms with state-of-the-art teleconferencing capabilities and video walls.
