The buffet offers over 50 dishes from the North, Central and South of Vietnam such as “Pho”, “Bun Bo Hue noodle soup”, assorted wonderful spring rolls, tasty fired Vietnamese pancake, delicious steamed rolled rice paper. The food are arranged in bamboo baskets and served in original style of Saigonese eating. Buffet Ganh is located at the lobby level and is open for casual guests for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served for hotel guests from 6am to 10am.
The hotel’s function rooms are located at the 11th floor of the hotel and are capable of accommodating from 10 to 120 persons.
